i'm a slacker
This is pathetic. I can't beleive I skipped swim practice because I didn't want to go. It kind of erases the four mile run that I got up early this morning to do. I need to sit down and recommit to this. I'm such a slacker.

You skipped swim practice? You ass. I just got back. I was up at 4:30a to eat and then drive to pick up teammates. Come on Kyle, you and Brino and figure something out. If I can do this, you certainly can.
